There are many speculation made by distributors and retailers of Intel Core i7 975 launching. Some of the websites are already showing date of releases as 6th or 7th of April. Thou, there is no official announcement from Intel and this dates are estimates only. Core i7 975 is expected to ship out in later this May.
The outlook of 45nm Core i7 975 is highly-anticipated one. This new processor provides core speed of 3.33 GHz, uses 1 MB of L2 cache and 8 MB of L3 cache, provides support for LGA 1366 sockets and also has a TDP of 130W. Recently the processor was leaked, overclocked, and benchmarked, pushed up to an "extreme" clock core speed of 5,239 MHz, breaking the then-current record of Futuremark's 2DMark05 benchmark application
As we come price section, here Intel Core i7 975 is hit hard with a cost of $999 which is quite high. Keeping price an issues Intel is launching similar processor with less speed about 3.06 GHz for $562, which is still high enough to hit your pocket hard :D.
Some more other processor which are lineup to get launch in May itself are consist of the Pentium Dual-Core E6300, the Core 2 Duo E7600, and the Celeron Dual-Core E1600 which will cost users about $84, $84, and $53 respectively.

iCore Series has down well in hardware world. iCore 7 is good but I would prefer iCore 5. Both processor are good in all prospective from cache memory to processing speed. Intel is dominating this area hence Asus and AMD have to do something new to remain in competition
Intel plays leading role in processor's market with its core family processors.....
